Hello! I'm Michael, owner of Michael Kane Fitness. I offer one-on-one personal training online via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom in the comfort of your own home. I have over 20 years of experience in physical fitness and personal training. I am NASM certified and specialize in strength training, functional fitness, stretching techniques, balance, and posture. Even though I've been a personal trainer for over 20 years, physical fitness has always been a significant part of my life and I would like to pass on my knowledge, experience, and passion to you. I believe that everyone should be physically fit because fitness is the key to a healthy life!
